Eng. Osama has assumed many professional assignments and successfully managed and delivered projects in Telecom Implementation, IT Management, Engineering and Business Management. He worked as a project management expert for the Large Telecom Company in the Arabian Gulf Area where he delivered a large scale deployment of Project Management Office (PMO) for the telecom projects. As a Senior Project Management Consultant, Eng. Osama has worked in the development and design of project management processes and procedures, as well trained and coached many project managers, project engineers and delivered assistance and support in project management arena from project inspection, planning, implementation to closure.

Eng. Osama has developed and conducted several “PMP Exam Prep” courses in order to prepare candidates to pass the PMP exam. His approach is very dynamic, straight to the point, and concise enough to count on for passing the exam from the first attempt. Moreover, Eng. Ms. Abandah is a business consulting and coaching manager at Intrinsic Management Solutions, a dedicated management and organizational maturity services company.

She has been working for over 7 years in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Government sectors, assuming various positions.

With extensive experience in Project Management, End User Experience Enhancement, Work Flow & Business Processes Engineering, Nada brings a wealth of knowledge, presents realistic and practical solutions for day-to-day challenges.

For the past four years, Nada has been managing large scale programs for chosen clients (Including leading Telecoms, IT houses, and Government). Her practical experience in the field has made her one of the most sought after Project Management Speakers in the region.

While at CSC, Mr. Saraiji worked on multiple projects and covered all aspects of Projects Management. Prior to CSC, Mr. Saraiji worked as an independent consultant. Dr. Munir Majdalawieh    PH.D.

Dr. Majdalawieh is an Assistant Professor in the Management Information Systems / Operations Management department at the American University of Sharjah (AUS). Dr. Majdalawieh has a long Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, and Operations Management teaching experience developed through teaching in major universities in the USA and UAE. He published several papers in referred conferences in the USA.

Before joining AUS, Dr. Majdalawieh worked for over 20 years for several top 500 ranking companies in the USA including: Booz Allen Hamilton, Hewlett Packard (HP), Compaq Computer Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He held several high rank positions including: Technical director, Technical Business Manager, In Country Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analysts, Technical account Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant.

His more than 20 years of experience include consultancy in a government and private sectors. Extensive hands-on experience in planning, evaluating and managing the implementation of cutting edge information solutions to address business opportunities. The application of his technical skills has always been firmly linked to a strong business focus, and an understanding of the need to combine the technical and the business needs in any project.

Eng. Matar's greatest strength is his ability to use well defined methodologies based on business feasibility and ROI analysis, to introduce new systems such as branch automation system, eBrokerage and asset management. He is also able to work closely with the customer to collect a solution business and technical requirements, build and RFP and a scoring selection criteria, develop a recommendation report and help the customer in contract negotiation.

Richard Coles

Richard (Rick) is called a "true internationalist", born in Toronto, Canada, and also raised in Chicago, Illinois and London, England.  He subsequently has lived and worked in 7 countries.  He lives with his wife and son in Geneva Switzerland and Muscat, Oman. Current residence outside Geneva and Oman is Brisbane, Australia and he works worldwide.  Richard is a Training Manager, Trainer & Developer, Consultant, Presenter, and Writer.
Richard also has career experience with quality companies such as Qantas, KLM, Dubai Petroleum Company (CONOCO) and Emirates Airlines. He has held highly responsible industry positions in Australia such as Sales Representative, District Sales Manager and Customer Relations Manager.  Rick was transferred to Amsterdam in 1989 as Marketing & Sales Trainer for KLM worldwide.  In 1997/8 he took a break to attend university in Australia, in order to extend his qualifications in the field of training, development, consumer relations, leadership, and sales and marketing.

Richard incorporates his valuable background into appropriate training of middle management to senior management Leadership and Management subjects. He believes in bringing innovative and creative ideas to his training that engage and enthuse his audiences worldwide. He has delivered hundreds of presentations, from small seminars, and informal one to one sales presentations, to large formal presentations for up to five hundred guests.
