Ray Startton  PMP, EVP
Senior Associate Consultant

Mr. Stratton, PMP, EVP, is founder and president of Management Technologies, an earned value management training and consulting firm.

Mr. Stratton regularly conducts on-site workshops in earned value management a cross section of industries including IT, government, construction, consumer products, software development, energy, and chemical industries. He is the author of "The Earned Value Management Maturity Model®", published by Management Concepts, and “Ray Stratton’s Earned Value Professional (EVP) Exam Study Guide.” He is also the editor of “The EVM Newsletter. Mr. Stratton is a Program Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and AACE (Association for Advancement of Cost Estimating, International) certified Earned Value Professional (EVP #45). 
For five years he was the Vice President, Research and Standards, for the PMI College of Performance Management. He now serves as their Executive Vice President. He is also Chair of the Computer Science Industry Advisory Council at California State Polytechnic University and member of the College of Engineers Deans Advisory Council.
He is also a member of the Editorial Board for "Projects@Work" magazine. Ray W. Stratton has over twenty five years experience as a program manager with a major US aerospace defence firm. While there he managed the development of radar, communication, and command and control systems.
